The Vinology series is a collection of black-and-white photographs depicting the wine-making process, focusing on fermentation, aging, and bottling. These photographs capture the intricate and meticulous processes of filtration and stabilization, which remove impurities and ensure long-term preservation, as well as the bottling and sedimentation phases and additional bottle aging.
